Overview

Design Impact will partner with Quest in an effort to update and improve their current training curriculum and user interface. The updated curriculum will be based upon student input. Design Impact will observe usage, extract user insights and apply these to developing an updated program. The program will be aligned with Quest’s design principles, prototyped, and tested with students in an effort to improve the program’s success in training and employing disadvantaged youth. In addition, the design fellow will assist Quest in integrating design thinking into their project planning and other organizational efforts.
