Thanks for the great comments! The fellows have one more update and ten we'll take a few months off between fellowships. I am glad that you find value in seeing these process pieces. Sometimes it can be scary to show unfinished work--but it is rewarding to know that others can learn from it!

Great project update. I really liked the detail with which you describe the human factors development and testing, definitely worth keeping in mind for my own projects in the future. I especially appreciate the frank comments about your colleague´s reactions to processes with which they´re unfamiliar. All the best of luck in upcoming months and i hope you continue pressing those deadlines!!

Once you get the kinks worked out, consider offering it as a kit (sans wheel) outside India as well.

I'm located in the US and have priced out high wheel cultivators for our one-acre plot but only antiques and reproductions of antiques are available. Either way the nostalgia costs too much.

It was really interesting reading through all the work you´ve all done. I especially enjoyed the diversity in the way each process is presented, its not often enough that these experiences are shared. Keep it up and good luck in the upcoming stages of your projects. I look forward to reading more about it in next month´s post.

This is a very enjoyable post. Designing a snack food for another culture - palate, is quite a challenge, as is the effort to evaluate an honest opinion. Perhaps the children's faces are the most direct appraisal of taste success! This project is noble and essential!

Really interesting insights Anisha. It's a really interesting discovery that you found out that the happy face icon for the 'laddoo recipe evaluation' doesn't necessarily carry the same meaning in every part of the world. There is no way to find out this kind of thing without being part of the local culture and local community. Great work! It would be neat to hear more about what happens next with the peanut ladoo - keep us posted here.

I was really interested to read about your work, what a great idea. I love the observations about the smiles! Personally I actually like the taste of health foods and prefer it to the taste of other less healthy stuff, but maybe I'm just lucky!

Your determination to make positive change despite setbacks should be applauded. Moving ahead takes commitment, caring, time and patience - all things that you have demonstrated time and time again.
